My name is Linda Haddock. I am a certified home stager. I grew up in a design family and learned to love the business. I have lived most of my life in Calgary but have a European background. I will work with you and your budget regardless of the size.

Staging is the process of organizing inside and out and depersonalizing the space. Using color, accessories and furniture placement to showcase your home is advantageous to the selling process and will appeal to a large demographic. It's about making your property the prettiest house on the block that stands out against the competition. Staging to ensure your house sells quickly and for top dollar.

I am available to design and stage for clients who are remaining in their homes or moving to a new property. I can help seniors downsize as well as stage for builders or investors looking to rent properties.

During the consultation I will view your home from top to bottom and provide you with a report advising of the changes and recommendations that will make your home stand out and provide a memorable first impression.

At this point you can follow through on the recommendations yourself or you can have me perform the transformation.

During the staging process I will be hands on utilizing my expertise to ensure that the end result will sell your home quickly and for top dollar.
